Location: Philippe Bevan Private Studio Lounge at Tips in Toga 376 Broadway the Arcade building Saratoga Springs NY 12866. We are located at the beginning of north Broadway just across the Adelphi hotel on the main, the last store on your right.

Hours: On call ( appointment only)

Payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and cash are accepted as forms of payment for services and products. Please note that gratuity can be added to credit or debit. We do accept personal checks.

Gift Cards: Treat those you care about most to the gift of beautiful hair. For your convenience, gift cards may be purchased at our salon or over the phone. Shipping is free and gift cards are available in any denomination.

Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations. For any Beauty call, Philippe will require a credit number at the time the appointment is made. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment, the card will be charged for half of the scheduled service. Should a client not show up for a scheduled appointment and not call, the full service price will be charged.

Late Arrivals: Philippe do his very best to accommodate clients who arrive late for their appointment. If you know you will be late, please call and let him know. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, he may ask you to reschedule.

Parking: On-street parking is available on Broadway and Streets around. If you prefer the convenience of a parking garage, Philippe recommend the Common 2 level garage on Phila street.

Refunds: Philippe does not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with any of your services, you may contact him within seven days and set up a complimentary appointment to adjust your hair. Unopened retail products can be refunded or exchanged for another product. He will not accept returns on used products.

Children: For your child's safety, and client's relaxing time Philippe discourage clients from bringing children under the age of 12 to the salon.

Pets: NY Law strictly prohibits dogs and all other pets in hair salons.
